A: If you have a shipping agent, we can provide a packing list and send it to them. If no agent, don't worry, we can help check the freight with our professional shipping agent and help you ship out, Timely and cost-effective.

3>Q: Lead Time?

A: For sample about 1 week. For bulk orders, normally 30~35days. Depends on the actual. 

4>Q: How about the Payment term?

A:30% deposit and balance before shipment after QC passed

5> Q: Warranty.

A: SOMO provides a 1-year warranty after shipment. Buyers can collect the defective item and send it back for check/repair.

6〉Q: Certification.

A:  Our products are approved by CE/Rohs/FCC. For the battery built-in items, we have the basic report for air/sea shipment like MSDS/UN38.3.

7〉Q: OEM service.

A: Yes dear.
